Chapter #9

Describe a bond that you feel with a person who is special to you. How did this bond develop?

              The strongest bond I have ever felt is with my lovely mother. We always share our feelings between each other. If I talk to her when I am sad, I know that she will not let me go until she makes sure that I'm okay. Also, sometimes I don't tell her that I'm sad or not good, but she could recognize that something happened to me.

Would you like to see your native country's population expand? Why or why not?

              Of course I would like to see my native country's population everywhere in the world, because we're as an Arabic are very root people. So when I see many  Saudi people I feel safe and happy. Also, I am foreign in USA and for sure I will get some homesick or something like that, they will help me and make me a little more happy.

Chapter 16.

1- describe a decision you struggled to make.

   
   The most difficult thing is to leave your family when you were 18. It was a year ago, when I left my family and came to the  USA. Last year has totally changed my life, to be more responsible for everything. That's made me stronger than what I was. Also, I read an English quote it's said  " bad decisions make great stories" when I read this quote I remember what I did.


3- what was the longest period of time you were absent from school? What happened?


          Before three years ago I had  surgery on my right knee. That happened, when i was playing soccer someone hit me in my knee. I was crying in the middle of the stadium. I was thinking that I couldn't walk at play again. Also, I got A medical excuse for three months. I think that is the most beautiful thing of this story.

    The most thing that would make me happy is when I go to with my family to our farm. Each Friday my family go to our farm and stay the whole weekend there. However, when I get there I spend the best moments of my life, because we are a big family and we are all be there. Me and my cousin, we are almost 20 and all of us boys. We always divide the works between each other, ten of us should be in the farm before the family comes to clean everything. The other ten come with family to bring them to the farm. I miss that moments a lot. Also, my family call me every weekend when they get there.

Chapter 15.

1- if you learned that you would not have to go to school for the rest of your life, would you rejoice?

      The studying is not that easy, but I'm really sure that if you love what you study you don't care how difficult it is. However, the school is the most important thing in my life. When I got a long vacation I would be rejoice, but in the middle of the vacation I'm sure I would be bored.







2- describe the time when you trembled in fear or excitement?

     When I was a little child, there was a story of  an old woman. This story my mom used to tell me about it if I did something wrong to scared me. When I heard the story in the first time, my parents saw me crying  in front of  their room. I was really trembling in fear at that time. My family until this time laugh on me.

        The tolerance is the greatest thing in the life. There are a lot of problems in the world, they all became when we lose the tolerance. However, the problems became even between the brothers, so most people support the person who forgives the other. When you forgive someone did something wrong with  you, you'll be proud of yourself and everyone going to respect you more.

     The dreams become reality. The first dream of my life to finish the English language. Right now I am almost there. However, the English is going to open a lot of things for me such as, to study Mechanical engineering in USA. When I learned a little bit of  this language. I thought that I'll finish the English language after 3 or 4 years. In fact, I have been studying this language 7 months and I did a lot of work that I didn't do it in my own language. I'm very proud of myself and proud of my teachers!! When I came my goal was to learn the English language, but now I build a new goal, to be a Mechanical engineering. Also I'm sure when I finish my major I'll think about something better.

Chapter 14.

What is essential for your happiness?

     The most essential things for my happiness. First, to be with my family and friends. In this time I'm very far away from my family and friends, but I got a lot of friends from anywhere I couldn't even think that I will be with them before. Second, if I see all people around me are happy that makes me the happiest person ever.


Some professional athletes make a lot of money. Do you think they deserve such high salaries?


     In my opinion,There are  some athletes deserve high salaries, not all the athletes. The best athletes can make most of the people happy. Also, they can disappear the haters between the people by sports.
Also, they can make a huge game and give the Profits to the poor people.
